Reclaiming Health, Confidence, and Energy

I'm a certified health and wellness coach dedicated to helping busy women reclaim their energy, shed excess weight, and cultivate a sustainable, stress-free approach to health. My journey began nine years ago when I was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism at age 30, shortly after giving birth to my second child. While the condition wasn’t life-threatening, it required lifelong medication and significantly slowed my metabolism, making weight loss an uphill battle.

After my second pregnancy, I found myself 20 kg heavier, struggling with fatigue, and feeling disconnected from my body. Determined to regain my health, I explored various programs and ultimately discovered the power of sustainable nutrition and movement. Through group coaching with a nutritionist, I learned that diets are not the answer—lasting change comes from small, daily shifts that integrate seamlessly into real life. Within months, I transformed my eating habits, regained my energy, and fell in love with movement again.

As a working mother of two, I needed an approach that was both effective and realistic. I embraced at-home workouts like Tabata and HIIT, proving that getting in shape doesn’t require expensive gym memberships or hours of training. Instead, my workouts became a shared experience with my children, setting an example of health and vitality.
With my newfound energy, I didn’t stop at weight loss—I set a bold new goal. In 2021, I ran my first international marathon, a testament to my belief that small, consistent actions create extraordinary results.

Originally from Azerbaijan, I understand firsthand the challenges women face in balancing work, family, and self-care. Back home, women often have extensive household support, but in the U.S., many of us juggle full-time careers alongside the demands of home and parenting. I experienced this firsthand after moving to California, navigating the pressures of modern motherhood while building my career.

After repeatedly being asked how I achieved my transformation, I realized I wanted to empower other women with the same tools. I pursued a coaching certification to bridge my personal experience with science-backed strategies, allowing me to guide other busy women toward sustainable health and confidence.
